Booking Policy

- •No deposit = no appointment.
- •Please arrive on time and ready (hair washed unless agreed).
Late Policy
- •10+ minutes late may require rescheduling.
- •Repeat late arrivals may forfeit the deposit.
No-Show Policy
- •No-shows forfeit the deposit.
- •A new deposit is required to rebook.
